Here at Baxter Brown McArthur we deal both with private and legal aid cases and are experienced in every area of criminal law. You can be reassured that we approach every case, be it apparently minor or extremely complex, with the same level of commitment and professionalism.
If we could make one invaluable recommendation, it would be to gain legal advice as soon as possible. In many cases we can provide the initial consultation for free. Early intervention from us can sometimes mean that charges are dropped, or they are lesser than they might have been otherwise.
We provide a 24-hour emergency service for all those under arrest and will attend London Police Stations within the hour. If a Client is arrested outside London, then either we can attend ourselves or we will arrange for a local specialist to attend on our behalf.
